Shipping & Returns

  Our shipping policy is both domestic and international. The current shipping cost is that which the shipping company gives whether that be UPS or any other postal service. Free shipping can be acquired by purchasing items or products over $60, anything under will be the regular price.   Any orders made past 8 pm CST will most likely be shipped out a day later, as our business closes by 7:30. We do not ship out orders on holidays. Shipments in the US take 2 to 7 business days at most. For those ordering out of state, it can be up to 4 to 10 business days. Also as an international customer, it is your responsibility to handle any taxes,  import duties, or fees asked for during delivery.  Delay in delivery can occur if you do not handle it beforehand.

 

  We currently are only shipping to Canada for economic reasons.

  Given how the economy is currently, we ask that you the customer can be patient with any shipping difficulty there may be.  If your package is not acquired by the expected time, we ask that you contact us so we can help solve the issue and get your product to you safely.

 

  We are currently not allowing returns if something is broken or if anything edible has been tampered with or opened by the time of arrival, you have 14 days to contact us.  We ask that you send a picture of the item(s) along with the packaging, so we can decide what to do next with said product.  Reimbursement can come in the form of points, a refund of money, or a new product.  We also ask that you do not throw away the said item or packaging until the situation is resolved.  If you purchase items and there is no damage, but you decide you don't like it, then make it a gift for someone else.  At this time, we do not take returns since our business is small, and we have limited room for inventory.  I assure you, we will be allowing returns for the future growth of the business.  Until then, we hope that you understand and stay as one of our wonderful loyal customers.
